Please consider returning your old D&R product to us so that we can recycle all of its parts and components in a responsible manner. Although our products are designed and built to last forever, sometimes, after 30 to 40 years, a product may require repair or service. If this is the case, please feel free to contact our service department at support@d-r.nl. If you no longer wish to keep your D&R product, you can bring or send it back to us for recycling. Alternatively, you can take it to your local recycling company. We believe in responsible recycling and want to ensure that all of our products are disposed of in an environmentally-friendly way.

We do not offer your old product refurbished to a new customer. All equipment will be dismantled, and its data will be destroyed. After that, it will be sent to an official recycling company for reuse of all parts. Unfortunately, you cannot dispose of your equipment in the recycle bin of your local supermarket. This option is only available for small consumer equipment.
