USB TROUBLE

I am having trouble with the webstation, when I am using voice track buss while program out is working. While voice track buss shows no problems, program buss starts having crackles (the same i have when using at 44100) and the only thing i can do is to close everyting and restart the mixer. I think this is a huge problem.

Do you use the original usb cable or one with a maximum length of 1,8 meters?
Is the unit connected to a usb port directly at the mainboard without a usb hub or extender?

Did you try a different usb port or a different pc?

1) I am using a better quality one because the original one made more crackles. Anyway it's lett than 1,8.
2) Direct to usb
3) Different port same problem, not yet on other pc, but still this is not how it should work

You can mail us a recording of the crackling sounds to support at d-r dot nl.

Please also try a different pc to be sure that it is a problem in the mixer.
If the problem still occurs you can turn in the unit for a repair.

I tried different ports and then reinstalled drivers, and for now problem seems solved. Let's hope it will keep working like this.
Anyway, I have one more question: Is there any chance I can use a Remote with the webstation?

That depends on the software that you use.

Actually, for some reason, virtual keyboard doesn't work with MB Studio.
Anyway, i meant the D&R Remote, could it work with Webstation?

No there is no option for studio remotes.
