The airlite has an 1.2x8 shaft.

The fader knobs with a longer shaft space can be modified by cutting of the spacer part that touches the front.

Thank you for the link. Could you advise which knob fits the Airlite?

It is a very weird problem and we also never heard of problems like this.

Please test with a line level input.

Are there any different colour fader knobs available? I'd like to swap some for easier control.

Did you try to do a firmware update?

Does the unit do this with every channel or is it PC related?

Airlite / No sound when walk away
« Last post by Jo on May 17, 2019, 01:44:16 PM »
Hi all,

Never ever experienced the following:
When I walk away from my place in front of the airlite, the sound stops........ :o

It sounds unbelievable but it is true, no sound no recording.  ::)
When I move my mic fader up and down (open and close) the sound from the player is back again??

Anybody? any idea?
Thanks in advance.

Jo.

Airence / Re: How Many Channels can I control Simultaneously
« Last post by DNR Support on May 09, 2019, 04:02:10 PM »
No it isn't possible in the standard design of the unit.
The airence already has 4 usb audio codecs/soundcards but these boards are designed to record Program/Master, Aux and Sub.
They have to be modified to be able to record something different and since you want to record channels from the extender you'll have to connect new cables from the extenders to the main unit etc..

Once again it is easier to use a second soundcard that record what you want from the insert sends.
Recent computers won't have any trouble with multiple soundcards.

sorry for asking the same answer so many times is just that I'm getting really confusing answers.

in general, is there any way to use Airence to record 3/4 different mic's at the same time( and have the ability to edit each one of them separately afterward(using software like yours/Qbase and etc)
all I need is 4 separate tracks that come out of 1 USB. The computer can't handle more than one soundcard at a time, so separating the inserts to different USBs is pointless. Or - is it possible to create a "USB channel"/soundcard that contains more than one USB channel inside of it?

Again sorry for asking the same questions once...

Thank you in advance for all the help!
